Honoring Gaia – Part 3/Day 1

A in depth exploration of healing for our Beloved Gaia ~ our Sacred Home.

Our Sacred Home is in peril  ~ This series is to offer Intention of Healing and Prayers as we explore how we, as individuals and as a collective, honor Her. In the face of so much needed, we choose to create ~ it is one of the most powerful tools we know.

This series is a collaboration with Uma Joy ~ a Portland-based Chiropractor, Intentional Creativity Artist and Life Coach, and Elan Vital McAllister ~ a Portland-based Qoya teacher, life and childbirth coach, inspirational speaker and writer. www.elanvital.love

In this series we deepen the richness of our exploration, honoring and connection of our relationship with each other and with our Planet Earth by including:

     Red Thread Ceremony ~ a ceremony of Connection with Self and others.  Used in inquiry, and undersatnding of who we are and what our piece of the Red Thread is.

     Intentional Creativty ~ includes Painting, Visualizations, Journaling, and Inquiry.

     Qoya ~ a movement system based on the idea that through movement, we remember. We remember our essence is wise, wild and free. We remember how to trust the truth in our body. We remember that the body is holy, and specifically, the temple of our eternal soul; 

     Despacho Ceremony ~ a gratitude ritual that is gifted to us from the Q’ero shaman of Peru. The Despacho is a gift to spirit, or the organizing principles of the Universe, and is a ritual of energetic exchange for healing, reestablishing right relationship and protection; and

     Cacao Ceremony ~ the ancient Mayans referred to cacao as “the water that runs through the heart.”  Used ceremonially, raw cacao is considered to be a powerful heart opener. This plant medicine helps us heal old wounds of the heart and expand our capacity to love.

This is a 3-Part Workshop:

Part 1 is April 26 from 6pm to 9pm ~ and May 27 from 9:30am to 6pm

Part 2 is May 10 from 6pm to 9pm ~ and May 11 from 9:30am to 6pm

Part 3 is May 31 from 6pm to 9pm ~ and June 1 from 9:30am to 6pm
