No Mud, No Lotus
January 26 @ 7:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Though Life holds many joys and delights, many blessings and surprises, there are also pains and unexpected, unwanted and unappreciated events and happenings. Thich Nhat Hahn – Beloved Vietnamese Buddhist Monk – often used the term – No Mud, No Lotus. The incredibly beautiful lotus grows out of the muck. The earth composts that muddy muck and the lotus grows. We use this analogy to “compost” the pains of our lives to see the beautiful gifts that have arisen from that pain.
You are invited to join Uma Joy for a fun evening of Discovery. Through an iIntentional Creativity® process we allow the composting to transform previous events into unexpected treasures ad gifts.
This 2.5 hour evening workshop allows time to connect with ourselves and others as well as to connect with these gifts that have arisen. We will paint our compost, and the arising beauty. NO PREVIOUS ART EXPERIENCE IS NEEDED
With Intentional Creativity® we continually stay connected with the mysteries and insights we are working with – using inquiry, intention, allowing, discovering and more. Often old stories transform, awareness arises, old wounds heal and so much more.
Tuesday, January 26 from 6:30-9 pm PT (7:30-10 pm MT, 8:30-11 pm CT) Joining Live-time is more fun – though timing does not work for everyone. Thus this workshop will be recorded so you can watch over and over – or at a time that works for you.
No one turned away for lack of funds. Call Uma Joy (208.315.3777) or email (firstname.lastname@example.org) with questions
