WHAT IS HAPPENING in the workshop

Through this process, you will:

  • Have the opportunity to connect with yourself and those in the circle

  • Share in a Red Thread Ceremony of Connection

  • Be led in a Guided visualization to help connect with your BEAUTIFUL SELF

  • Feel inspired to play and collage/draw/paint/color or a combination of any or all of these things

  • Leave the class with a VALENTINE FOR YOU - with personal meaning and that which serves as a reminder of your strength and love of yourself

  • This fun, magical process is for everyone, no painting experience is necessary.

Uma Joy: Certified Intentional Creativity® Teacher, Joyous Living Life Coach, Chiropractor

Uma Joy is a 2013 Color of Woman Graduate and has been teaching and sharing Intentional Creativity® since. She has also studied with Mandala Master Paul Heussenstamm since 2009.

There are two options for joining us: in person or online.

The in person form of the workshop takes place at Uma Joy Healing Art Studio in Taos, New Mexico. Directions are sent upon registration.

If you prefer to join us online, the details on how to connect up will be sent upon registration.
