What if instead of starting the new year thinking of all that you need to do differently, smarter, faster, better, _________er, you chose a gentle start for you? How would that feel?

Could beginning differently make the entire year different? We think so.

Come experiment and explore at our “funshop”…and bring a friend or two.

OUR NIGHT TOGETHER:
We have designed a fun night of juicy exploration for you to experiment with a kinder, gentler approach. Custom created by you, for you—with loving tenderness. (Yes, you are capable of this!) to help you live a better start to the year and have some simple ways to add self-kindness into your 2024…as well as identify and stop some of your repeated blocks to allowing love and light into your days. Doesn’t that sound juicy?

Carolyn & Uma are teaming up doing what each does best.  

• Carolyn will bring her lighthearted humor and stories of self-discovery, loved by Women’s aha! Campers over the years, to help you easily get to your own gentle self-kindness aha!s. And, of course, she has a new character to introduce you to. (For you new to Carolyn, previous characters have been “Corporate Carolyn,” “Light Lucy,” “Serious Sally,” “Fixie Philomena,” “Helpful Heloise,” and “Victim Violet.”)
• Uma will bring us to immediate, welcoming connection with the group via her red thread ceremony (of course—if it’s new to you, you will love this!) Uma will guide you through a special type of art/line drawing to access our inner wisdom and get at some of your blocks to being gentle and loving with yourself. (The process is simple, so don’t be scared off from the art. Proudly – Carolyn can even draw them!)

TIMING:
Date: Tuesday, January 9, 2024
Arrive & Settle in: 5:45-6p
Funshop: 6-8:15p (with a break in the middle)
Optional visiting/chit chat: 8:15-9:00p

LOCATION: Signature Pointe Clubhouse, 3513 N Cole Rd, Boise, ID 83704 (Up the bench from Glenwood & Chinden, near the fairgrounds)

FOOD & DRINK DETAILS
Food: We will have sub-style sandwiches, pretzels & popcorn for all…and some sort of sweet treat. If you have special dietary needs, feel free to bring whatever food you would like, or eat before you come.

Drinks: Please bring whatever you would be happy sipping on for the evening…as long as there is no alcohol content. (This honors our Sisters in recovery and keeps our minds clear during our funshop.) There is access to a kitchen space for tap water or to heat tea water.
