Wow!  A year focused on falling with love with YOURSELF!!

How does a Whole, Healthy, Healed Heart look?  How does it feel?

This evening ‘PlayShop’ is a part of the ‘Falling Love with Me’ ‘love-gram’ as well as it is a stand alone offering open to all.  This delightful workshop allows the exploration of embodying that Wholeness, that Healed, that beautiful Heart.  We will be painting on 12″ x 12″ canvasses and it is a process that can be done over and over on any material.  We will use acrylic for this one in the workshop (or play shop). It is true when we state that NO Experience is needed.  You can’t get this wrong.  We will connect in circle, have a guided visualization to experience the Whole Heart Connection.There will be time to paint, to journal, to share, to explore and to have the beautiful AHA moments.  You will have the opportunity to take this powerful painting home with you as the artifact that “I did the Work” and it can serve as a reminder of the work you did and the information that came through you – for You.  You can join us online (link sent upon registration) or in person in Taos, NM (directions sent upon registration).  No charge for those in “Falling in Love with Me”, $57 for those online, and $67 for those in person (supplies included)  Click registration button at bottom of this page.

I am so thrilled and excited to step into this with you as we each embrace and embody what it is like to truly LOVE OURSELVES!  to be KIND and CARING to OURSELVES!  to be RESPECTFUL to OURSELVES.  We show these things to others in our lives and even strangers!  WHAT ABOUT OURSELVES?

I hear women say they are sooooo tired of taking care of everyone else first –  they have nothing left for themselves.  Is that you?  I know I have done that for YEARS! and I am ready to send lots of that loving to myself.  It doesn’t mean I won’t give those things to others, it means that my cup will be so full that I have lots extra for others.

Most of us were never taught how to love ourselves.  In fact we were told it was narcissistic and selfish.  When I love myself, and do caring acts and show respect to myself, I experience greater joy and have richer relationships with others.

YES!  we are happy giving and doing things for others AND – when that is done at the expense of NOT filling our own cup – we run out of the vital energy we need to function in a good way in this world.

SO YES, Please!  “Falling in Love with ME” will be a year long program where we will connect and explore many of the aspects of Loving ourselves:  what does it mean, how do we do it, how to honor ourselves, having forgiveness to ourselves and others, body awareness, boundaries, kindness and compassion, the frameworks we live from and so much more.

Each month will have a theme – we will have a Zoom call on the first Tuesday of the month, there will connection, inquiries, creativity, journaling, a couple emails each month for inspiration and exploration.  At the end of the month we will have a more in depth creative process to integrate what we have learned and studied that month to have greater embodiment of the experience.

A year long process!  And each month we’ll have a 1- 1 coaching session – you and me!  Exploring whatever is arising for you, questions, difficulties, celebrations.

When you register you will get a list of all the days –  essentially the first Tuesday of each month for Zoom and the first Wednesday of the month is you want to attend locally in Taos, NM.  Then the last weekend of the month EITHER Friday evening OR Saturday all day.
