Falling in Love with Me!

Wow!  A year focused on falling with love with YOURSELF!!

THE THEME THIS MONTH will be Getting Set for the Year with an exploration of where we are and where we are going.  We will explore the themes that will be a part of the ‘love-gram.’  This Month Membership will include:  a call on March 5 (a Red thread Circle of Connection, discussion, exploration, and a creativity process), a 1 on 1 coaching call with Uma Joy, email prompts for suggested exploration, 3 Cosmic Smashbooking sessions – March 9, 16 and 23, and  a creativity session Friday, March 29 – ‘Wholeness of the Heart.’  If you are NOT a full year member you are welcome to register for the year or for the month, for 1 or more Cosmic Smashbooking sessions and/or the Wholeness of the Heart Creativity Session on the 29th.  You can register through the button on the bottom of the page, or go to the calendar on this website to click on the date of the event you with to join.  Feel free to contact Uma Joy at umajoyhealingart@gmail.com

I am so thrilled and excited to step into this with you as we each embrace and embody what it is like to truly LOVE OURSELVES!  to be KIND and CARING to OURSELVES!  to be RESPECTFUL to OURSELVES.  We show these things to others in our lives and even strangers!  WHAT ABOUT OURSELVES?

I hear women say they are sooooo tired of taking care of everyone else first –  they have nothing left for themselves.  Is that you?  I know I have done that for YEARS! and I am ready to send lots of that loving to myself.  It doesn’t mean I won’t give those things to others, it means that my cup will be so full that I have lots extra for others.

Most of us were never taught how to love ourselves.  In fact we were told it was narcissistic and selfish.  When I love myself, and do caring acts and show respect to myself, I experience greater joy and have richer relationships with others.

YES!  we are happy giving and doing things for others AND – when that is done at the expense of NOT filling our own cup – we run out of the vital energy we need to function in a good way in this world.

SO YES, Please!  “Falling in Love with ME” will be a year long program where we will connect and explore many of the aspects of Loving ourselves:  what does it mean, how do we do it, how to honor ourselves, having forgiveness to ourselves and others, body awareness, boundaries, kindness and compassion, the frameworks we live from and so much more.

Each month will have a theme – we will have a Zoom call on the first Tuesday of the month, there will connection, inquiries, creativity, journaling, a couple emails each month for inspiration and exploration.  At the end of the month we will have a more in depth creative process to integrate what we have learned and studied that month to have greater embodiment of the experience.

A year long process!  And each month we’ll have a 1- 1 coaching session – you and me!  Exploring whatever is arising for you, questions, difficulties, celebrations.

When you register you will get a list of all the days –  essentially the first Tuesday of each month for Zoom.  You are also invited to attend locally in Taos, NM.  Then the last weekend of the month EITHER Friday evening OR Saturday all day.
