House of the Heart – a Story of Belonging

Some people say they feel like they were dropped off by the stork at the wrong house.  Some say they feel they have never fit in.  

This sweet workshop explores our sense of belonging within our own heart.  It gives one an opportunity to transform “old stories” of being outcast or not belonging, and to create a new story of Truth.  It is about recalaiming one’s heart space.  A fun, gentle – yet powerful process that can bring you to a settled ‘home within.’  No experience necessary. We start with a Red Thread Circle and a guided visualization, then we paint and play.  The evening ends with a closing circle of sharing.
