Medicine Basket Treasures

Join Uma Joy for a fun evening of Discovery.  We all have “medicine” to offer this world we live in.  We have gifts to give –  gifts of the heart, the soul – even if it is a Smile to someone on the street, even if it it thoughts of compassion, and often it goes deeper and more expansive than we even know.  

This 3 hour evening allows time to connect with ourselves, others and connect with these gifts inside.  We will paint our “medicine basket” using Intentional Creativity® – a process that connects with these gifts and requires no previous art experience.

With Intentional Creativity® we continually stay connected with the mysteries and insights we are working with – using inquiry, intention, allowing, discovering and more. Often old stories transform, awareness arises, old wounds heal and so much more.

Thursday, October 29 from 6-9 pm PT (7-10 pm MT)  Joining Live-time is more fun –  though timing does not work for everyone.  Thus this workshop will be recorded so you can watch over and over – or at a time that works for you.
